Please be advised that the old SharpONE platform (the one you’re currently logged in on) will be decommissioned on 5th December 2025.The new SharpONE platform is now live, if your dealership has completed the pre-registration process you will have immediate access here. The new platform offers enhanced access to marketing, sales, and service content in one centralised location. During this transition period, every effort should be made to gain access to the new platform to avoid disruption.
Access to the relaunched SharpONE:
If you require access to the new SharpONE, your dealership or partner organisation will have been assigned an admin who received instructions to submit a pre-registration form.
Please contact your assigned admin directly to ensure this form is completed and submitted. This is likely to be the leadership in your organisation.
If your admin or leadership team is unaware of this process, they should reach out to their Area or Regional Sales Manager to identify the correct contact and receive guidance on how to proceed.
For further support, services users with pre-existing access may also raise a ticket via the Freshdesk portal.
